Description This product is a conductive carbon paste with graphene as the main conductive agent developed and produced by our company. It is suitable for printing various types of glass, ceramics and other high-temperature insulating materials. The cured film thickness and final resistance are affected by various related factors. , such as the size, tension, squeegee hardness, angle, speed, etc. of the network cable. The product can be used in electric heaters, electric ovens, ovens, rice cookers, electric kettles, etc.

Storage Store at room Temperature. It contains organic solvents, keep well ventilated, avoid inhalation of excess vapor into the body, if it comes into contact with the skin, it should be cleaned with alcohol and hand sanitizer in time
Usage 1. Substrate: glass-ceramic, high borosilicate glass, electronic ceramics, etc.;
2. Screen printing: stainless steel screen or polyester screen printing;
3. Thinner: pure water;
4. Curing process: After printing, stand at room temperature for 3 minutes; pre-bake at 150°C for 10 minutes; heat up to 350°C and keep warm for 30 minutes;
5. Surface sealing process: Dilute the surface coating agent and deionized water at a ratio of 2:1, brush or spray on the surface of the heating sheet, pre-bake at 80°C for 10 minutes, heat up to 280°C, and keep warm for 15 minutes;
6. Cleaning agent: water;
7. Storage: Store at room temperature, and the unopened storage period is more than 3 months
Warning 1. Use British 100-200 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing, and the hardness of the squeegee is 65-80 degrees;
2. Stir well before use, if the viscosity is too high, dilute with deionized water and stir evenly;
3. The printing substrate must be cleaned. If grease, oxides, hand sweat and other pollutants remain, the adhesion and electrical performance will be seriously reduced;
4. There must be enough carbon paste when printing, otherwise it will affect the printing performance and the printing thickness of the carbon paste, resulting in a change in resistance value;
5. In order to ensure that the performance of the carbon paste is basically the same, the viscosity should be kept the same as far as possible during printing; when adding the diluent, the carbon paste should be collected and mixed with some new carbon paste, and then an appropriate amount (less than 5%) of the diluent should be added and fully stirred evenly ;
6. The curing must be thorough, otherwise the required properties cannot be obtained;
7. The surface coating agent should not be applied too thickly, it is easy to crack after cooling too thickly;
8. The surface coating agent has a temperature resistance of 300°C and cannot be used for a long time over temperature.
