Fluorescent microspheres are a class of functional microspheres containing fluorescent materials that emit fluorescence when exposed to specific excitation light. Matexcel is committed to providing fluorescent microspheres with uniform particle size, high fluorescence intensity, and excellent photostability for applications in biopharmaceuticals, in vitro diagnostics, cell tracking, flow cytometry, and environmental monitoring. Our microspheres can be customized with various surface functional groups and emission wavelengths to meet client needs, from research and development to industrial-scale production.
a) Embed fluorescent dyes or fluorescent nanoparticles within or on the surface of the microspheres.
b) Perform solvent exchange on porous microspheres to cause them to shrink and immobilize the fluorescent particles.
c) Ensure that the microspheres are monodisperse, have uniform particle sizes, and possess stable physicochemical properties.
| Fluorescence Type | Best Excitation Wavelength (nm) | Best Emission Wavelength (nm) | Typical Dyes/Technologies | Applications |
