Description Zearalenone (ZEN), also referred to as F‑2 toxin, is an estrogenic mycotoxin produced primarily by Fusarium graminearum and Fusarium culmorum. ZEN mainly contaminates corn, sorghum, wheat, barley, and related grain products. It exerts estrogen‑mimetic activity and induces reproductive toxicity, cytotoxicity, hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, and immunotoxicity in humans and animals. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑ZEN monoclonal antibodies, allowing efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and enrichment of zearalenone. The isolated and enriched samples can be utilized in downstream assays including immunochromatography, ELISA, HPLC, and LC‑MS/MS.
