| Description | Vibrio parahaemolyticus (VP) is a halophilic marine‑derived bacterium mainly isolated from seafood products including cuttlefish, marine fish, shrimp, crabs, and jellyfish, as well as high‑salt preserved foods such as pickled vegetables and cured meats. Ingestion of food contaminated with Vibrio parahaemolyticus results in acute food poisoning, characterized clinically by abrupt onset, abdominal pain, vomiting, diarrhea, and watery stool. The magnetic beads of this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑Vibrio parahaemolyticus polyclonal antibodies, facilitating efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and concentration of Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Pre‑enriched culture samples are incubated with antibody‑coated magnetic beads; following magnetic separation, the enriched bacterial specimens are compatible with downstream detection methods including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensor detection, and gene sequencing. |
