| Description | UCNPs@LNP-miRNA is a multifunctional nanodelivery system composed of upconversion nanoparticles (UCNPs), lipid nanoparticles (LNP) and microribonucleic acid (miRNA). As the core, UCNPs can convert near-infrared light into visible light, enabling fluorescent tracing of the entire delivery process, and have the characteristics of high photostability and deep tissue penetration. As a shell, LNP not only protects UCNPs, but also efficiently encapsulates miRNA to prevent it from being degraded by nucleases in the organism. At the same time, it promotes the endocytosis of the complex by cells with its good biocompatibility and membrane fusion ability. miRNA is a key molecule in the regulation of gene expression. Through this system, it can be accurately delivered to the target site and exert its function in regulating genes. The synergistic effect of the three enables the system to have the triple functions of real-time imaging, targeted delivery and gene regulation, providing a powerful integrated tool for tracking the transport path of miRNA in the organism, improving delivery efficiency and studying the mechanism of gene treatment. |
