| Description | Toluenesulfonylated chemiluminescent magnetic beads feature a hydrophilic polymer coating and enable condensation-free operations through the introduction of toluenesulfonyl groups. Molecules such as antibodies can be covalently conjugated directly to the surface of the magnetic beads through a simple procedure. During this process, the toluenesulfonyl groups are gradually removed, simultaneously enhancing the hydrophilicity of the particles. This approach not only preserves the biological activity of the conjugates but also effectively suppresses nonspecific reactions. |
