Description	Toluenesulfonylated chemiluminescent magnetic beads are coated with a hydrophilic polymer, and the introduction of toluenesulfonyl groups enables condensation-free operations. Molecules such as antibodies can be covalently coupled directly to the bead surface through a simple procedure. During this process, the tosyl groups are gradually released, simultaneously enhancing the particle’s hydrophilicity. This approach not only preserves the biological activity of the conjugate but also effectively suppresses nonspecific reactions.
Applications	Used for assays such as chemiluminescence, enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays (ELISAs), immunoprecipitation, and Western blotting.
