It is a small unilamellar vesicle structure. It uses an optimized HSPC:CHOL:DSPE-mPEG2000 (56.2:38.5:5.3 mol:mol) formula, accurately controls the particle size at ~85 nm through extrusion technology, and establishes a stable ammonium sulfate transmembrane gradient. In this formula, high phase transition temperature HSPC and a high proportion of cholesterol build an extremely dense and stable gel film, while 5.3 mol% DSPE-mPEG2000 forms a hydrated polymer layer on its surface, giving it "stealth" properties to extend the circulation time in the body. |
