Description	Streptomycin (STR) is an aminoglycoside antibiotic isolated from Streptomyces griseus cultures, displaying strong bactericidal activity against aerobic Gram‑negative bacteria. Its antibacterial mechanism involves binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, inducing miscoding of mRNA, inhibiting protein synthesis, and causing bacterial death. STR is widely used in aquaculture and livestock farming for disease prevention and as a feed additive to promote growth. Excessive STR residues in animal‑derived foods pose human health risks including nephrotoxicity, ototoxicity, shock, and even fatal outcomes in severe cases. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑streptomycin monoclonal antibodies, enabling efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and enrichment of streptomycin. The isolated and enriched samples are compatible with downstream detection techniques including immunochromatography, ELISA, HPLC, and LC‑MS/MS.
