Description	The streptavidin-biotin (SA-Biotin) system possesses exceptional binding affinity (Kd = 10⁻¹⁵ M) with broad applications in life sciences. SA is covalently attached to the solid-phase surface via protein conjugation chemistry, permitting high-efficiency binding to biotinylated antibodies, nucleic acids, proteins, and other ligands.
