Description	The streptavidin-biotin (SA-Biotin) system offers exceptional binding affinity (Kd = 10⁻¹⁵ M) and broad implementation in biological applications. SA is covalently attached to solid-phase carriers using protein coupling methods, allowing efficient capture of biotinylated ligands such as antibodies, nucleic acids, and proteins.
