Description Staphylococcus aureus is widely distributed in natural environments including air, water, dust, human and animal excreta, and purulent lesions, which frequently act as sources of cross‑contamination. Its pathogenic potential is primarily determined by the production of diverse toxins and invasive enzymes; it is the most common etiological agent of human pyogenic infections and can cause localized purulent lesions accompanied by clinical symptoms such as vomiting, fever, and diarrhea. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently conjugated with polyclonal antibodies against Staphylococcus aureus, facilitating efficient, rapid, and target‑specific isolation and concentration of Staphylococcus aureus. Pre‑enriched samples are incubated with mouse anti‑Staphylococcus aureus polyclonal antibody‑coated magnetic beads; after magnetic separation, the enriched bacterial samples can be utilized in downstream detection workflows including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensor detection, and genomic sequencing.
