Description	Salmonella organisms invade the human host through ingestion of contaminated food or water, penetrate the small intestinal mucosal epithelium, induce inflammatory responses, and damage cellular membranes via secreted toxins and hydrolytic enzymes. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑Salmonella Paratyphi C monoclonal antibodies, supporting efficient, rapid, and target‑specific isolation and concentration of Salmonella Paratyphi C. Pre‑enriched samples are incubated with magnetic beads coated with Salmonella Paratyphi C‑specific monoclonal antibodies; following magnetic separation, the enriched bacterial samples can be analyzed using downstream detection methods including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensing technologies, and genomic sequencing.
