Description	Salmonella enters the human body via consumption of contaminated food or drinking water, invades small intestinal mucosal cells, elicits local inflammatory reactions, and disrupts cellular integrity through secreted toxins and enzymatic virulence factors. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently functionalized with mouse anti‑Salmonella Paratyphi A monoclonal antibodies, allowing efficient, rapid, and highly selective isolation and concentration of Salmonella Paratyphi A. Pre‑enriched samples are incubated with magnetic beads coated with Salmonella Paratyphi A‑specific antibodies; after magnetic separation, the concentrated bacterial samples can be applied to downstream detection platforms including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensing applications, and genomic sequencing.
