Description	Salmonella invades the human body through contaminated food or drinking water, penetrates small intestinal mucosal cells, and induces inflammatory responses. Toxins and enzymes secreted by Salmonella damage cell membranes, leading to diarrhea, fever, and other clinical manifestations that vary among serotypes. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑Salmonella monoclonal antibodies, facilitating efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and concentration of Salmonella. Pre‑enriched samples are incubated with magnetic beads coated with Salmonella‑specific antibodies. After magnetic separation, the enriched samples can be applied to downstream detection techniques including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensing, and gene sequencing.
