Description Salmonella Enteritidis belongs to the non‑typhoidal Salmonella group and can colonize the gastrointestinal tracts of a broad range of animal hosts, including mammals, reptiles, avian species, and insects. As a major human pathogen, Salmonella Enteritidis is a leading cause of acute gastroenteritis, with typical clinical manifestations including fever, watery diarrhea, and vomiting. The magnetic beads of this product are covalently coupled with mouse anti‑Salmonella Enteritidis monoclonal antibodies, facilitating efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and concentration of Salmonella Enteritidis. Pre‑enriched culture samples are incubated with antibody‑coated magnetic beads, and after magnetic separation, the concentrated bacterial specimens can be utilized in downstream detection platforms such as immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensor detection, and gene sequencing.
