Description	VEGF-D belongs to the VEGF/PDGF protein family. VEGF-D promotes lymphangiogenesis, endothelial cell growth, and regulates vascular permeability. Furthermore, VEGF-D plays a crucial role in the formation of the venous and lymphatic vascular systems, as well as in the growth and maintenance of differentiated lymphatic endothelial cells. Mature VEGF-D forms non-covalently linked homodimers and binds to activate VEGFR-2 (flk1) and VEGFR-3 (flt4).
Application	This product can be used for research on regulating lymphangiogenesis in tissue engineering with human VEGF-D.

Redissolution	It is recommended to resuspend vascular endothelial growth factor D in sterile 18 MΩ-cm H₂O to a concentration of at least 100 µg/mL, after which it may be further diluted into other aqueous solutions.
Formulation	Recombinant VEGF-D was lyophilized after thorough dialysis in PBS.
Storage	Store at room temperature for 3 weeks, or in a dry environment at -18°C or below. After reconstitution, store at 4°C for 2-7 days; thereafter, store at -18°C or below for future use. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
