Description	Recombinant human LR3-long-chain insulin-like growth factor 1 (rh-LR3-IGF-1) is derived by replacing the third amino acid of the hIGF-1 amino acid sequence with arginine (Arg) and adding 13 amino acids at the N-terminus (primarily composed of the N-terminus of porcine growth hormone). This modified protein has been shown to be 10 times more active than native hIGF-1, with its in vivo half-life extended to 6-10 hours.
Application	This product can be used for research on providing sustained mitogenic signaling for muscle and cartilage tissue engineering with human LR3 long-chain IGF-1.
