Description	The Antibody Purification Magnetic Bead series consists of composite particles formed by the covalent binding of NHS-activated magnetic agarose microspheres to Protein A (or Protein G/Protein L). This product features high antibody binding capacity and low non-specific protein adsorption, with more consistent elution conditions, enabling the isolation of antibodies with a purity greater than 90% from serum samples in a single-step purification process. This product consists of micron-sized magnetic microspheres. With proper technique, the antibody adsorption process can be completed within 15 minutes, and the entire antibody purification workflow within 30 minutes.
Applications	For the purification of antibodies from samples such as plasma, ascites, and cell culture supernatants, as well as for antibody immobilization and other related research.
