Description	Protein G Magnetic Beads feature 200 nm magnetic nanoparticles covalently coupled with Protein G. Owing to their large specific surface area, these nanobeads offer enhanced binding sites, require reduced usage, and exhibit low non-specific adsorption. Protein A is a surface protein originally identified in Staphylococcus aureus, and Protein G is an immunoglobulin-binding protein purified from groups C and G Streptococcal strains. These two proteins function analogously and interact with the Fc domain of IgG across numerous mammalian species.
Applications	For immunoprecipitation (IP) or co-immunoprecipitation (Co-IP) of antigens in samples such as cell lysates, cell culture supernatants, serum, and ascites.
