| Description | These magnetic beads are engineered by coating Protein A/G at high density onto superparamagnetic microspheres using nanoscale surface technology. With enhanced antibody binding sites, reduced bead consumption, and low non-specific binding, they enable convenient and efficient immunoprecipitation assays. The human IgG binding capacity exceeds 300 μg per milliliter of beads, requiring only 25 μL of beads per precipitation reaction. The large specific surface area of these micron-scale beads significantly shortens the equilibrium time for antibody-antigen adsorption, completing antibody binding within 15 minutes and antigen precipitation within 30 minutes. The shortened protocol prevents target protein degradation caused by prolonged handling, preserving protein activity and the integrity of protein complexes. |
