Description	These magnetic beads are prepared by immobilizing Protein A/G at high density on superparamagnetic microspheres via advanced surface nanotechnology. Offering increased antibody binding capacity, lower bead dosage, and minimal non-specific interaction, they facilitate efficient and convenient immunoprecipitation. The beads bind over 300 μg of human IgG per milliliter, with only 25 μL needed per reaction. Their micron-scale size provides a large specific surface area, accelerating antibody adsorption to within 15 minutes and antigen precipitation to within 30 minutes. This rapid workflow reduces proteolytic degradation of target proteins, maintaining biological activity and the stability of protein complexes.
