Description	Placebo Control DOPC-CHOL Liposomes are blank control liposomes specially designed for high-fluidity phospholipid membrane research. They are formulated with DOPC:CHOL (usually a specific molar ratio, such as 55:45), but do not contain any active drugs or probes. Its lipid bilayer is mainly composed of dioleoylphosphatidylcholine (DOPC). This phospholipid is in a highly mobile liquid crystal state at physiological temperature and has high membrane permeability. The addition of cholesterol is used to moderately adjust the fluidity and stability of the membrane.
