| Description | The mixing structure of this chip is a rectangular scaling structure. The entire chip is divided into two centrally symmetric parts, I and II, which can be used for two independent experiments. In the LNP mixing section, every two rectangular scaling structures form a block, with a total of 20 blocks. When using Chip I, the aqueous phase enters through port 1, the lipid phase enters through port 2, and the synthesized LNP exits through port 3. When using Chip II, the aqueous phase enters through port 5, the lipid phase enters through port 4, and the synthesized LNP exits through port 6. |
