| Description | The mixing structure of this chip is a herringbone pattern. The entire chip is divided into two centrally symmetrical halves, allowing for two independent experiments. In the LNP mixing section, every six herringbone structures form a block, with 15 blocks comprising a complete mixing structure, totaling 180 herringbone structures. When using Chip I, phospholipids enter through port 1, the aqueous phase enters through port 2, and the synthesized LNP exits through port 3. When using Chip II, phospholipids enter through port 5, the aqueous phase enters through port 4, and the synthesized LNPs exit through port 6. |
