| Description | Lecithin liposomes are small closed vesicles with a bilayer structure formed from lecithin and other phospholipid compounds in water. Its structural characteristics are a hydrophilic group composed of a phosphate group and a quaternary ammonium salt group, and a lipophilic group composed of two longer hydrocarbon groups.
