Description Ochratoxins (OTs) are mycotoxins derived from selected Aspergillus and Penicillium strains. More than 20 ochratoxin variants have been characterized, grouped as ochratoxin A (OTA), ochratoxin B (OTB), ochratoxin C (OTC), and ochratoxin D (OTD) based on functional group differences. OTA is a widespread contaminant in global food and feed chains, commonly detected in pre‑ and post‑harvest cereals. Beyond hepatotoxicity, nephrotoxicity, and genotoxicity (teratogenic, carcinogenic, mutagenic), OTA is epidemiologically linked to human neurodegenerative diseases such as Parkinson’s and Alzheimer’s diseases. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently coupled with mouse anti‑ochratoxin A monoclonal antibodies, enabling efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and enrichment of ochratoxin A. The isolated and enriched samples can be applied to downstream analytical techniques including immunochromatography, ELISA, HPLC, and LC‑MS/MS.
Applications Uesd for the isolation and enrichment of Ochratoxin A from grain and oil products, food, feed, dairy products, traditional Chinese medicine, and related matrices.
