Description	Norovirus (NoV) consists of five genotypes designated GI through GV, with GI, GII, and GIV being the primary human‑pathogenic genotypes. Genotype GII NoV is recognized as the third most prevalent enteric pathogen after rotavirus and enteroaggregative Escherichia coli, and represents the leading etiological agent of non‑bacterial gastroenteritis worldwide. The magnetic beads in this product are covalently functionalized with mouse anti‑genotype GII norovirus monoclonal antibodies, enabling efficient, fast, and selective capture, isolation, and concentration of genotype GII norovirus. After sample incubation with antibody‑coated magnetic beads and subsequent magnetic separation, the enriched specimens are compatible with various downstream analytical methods such as immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensor detection, and high‑throughput gene sequencing.
