Description	Norovirus (Norovirus, NoV) is categorized into five genotypes from GI to GV, among which genotypes GI, GII, and GIV are the predominant strains capable of infecting humans. Genotype GI NoV is frequently linked to waterborne transmission events and exhibits a strong tendency to spread through contaminated food matrices and aquatic environments. The magnetic beads employed in this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑genotype GI norovirus monoclonal antibodies, which facilitate highly efficient, rapid, and target‑specific isolation and concentration of genotype GI norovirus particles. Samples are incubated with the aforementioned antibody‑immobilized magnetic beads; following magnetic separation, the enriched viral preparations can be directly utilized in downstream detection platforms including immunochromatographic assays, ELISA, PCR, biosensing technologies, and gene sequencing.
