Description	This product comprises porous hydrophilic agarose microspheres (10-30 μm) surface-modified with NHS groups, forming stable amide bonds with primary amine-containing proteins for affinity purification or detection. No pre-activation with EDC/NHS or glutaraldehyde is needed; ligands are dissolved in coupling buffer and incubated for 1-2 hours at room temperature for efficient conjugation.
Applications	Covalent coupling of biomolecules containing primary amines, such as proteins, antibodies, enzymes, peptides, and nucleic acids.
Features	No activation is required; direct covalent coupling with biological ligands is possible; biological ligand coupling efficiency can reach over 90%, significantly higher than that of carboxyl-functionalized magnetic beads, while also offering higher ligand loading capacity; Bioligand conjugation can be completed in 1-2 hours; the process is mild, performed at room temperature or 4°C, with a conjugation system pH of 5-9; stable amide bonds are formed to prevent ligand detachment; excellent biocompatibility reduces nonspecific adsorption.
