Description	Nexturastat A LNP is a specialized nano-lipid nanoparticle formulation of nexturastat A, a selective histone deacetylase 6 (HDAC6)inhibitor. Nexturastat A inhibits HDAC6 activity with high selectivity, regulates the acetylation status of α-tubulin and other non-histone substrates, affects cytoskeletal stability, protein degradation and signal transduction, and displays anti-proliferation and pro-apoptosis activities in a variety of tumors and ST in vitro. However, its poor water solubility, rapid metabolism in vitro, and lack of targeting limit its research application potential.
