Applications	Used to isolate neutrophils from fresh human peripheral blood; red blood cells must be removed prior to isolation.
Features	The procedure is straightforward and requires no separation columns; using a magnetic separator, sorting can be completed in just 25 minutes. High purity is achieved, with neutrophil purity reaching 98% after sorting. High viability is maintained, as the sorting process does not affect cell viability, yielding functional neutrophils free of antibody labeling.
