Description	The mouse neutrophil sorting kit separates neutrophils from single-cell suspensions of mouse bone marrow or other tissue samples through negative sorting. The principle is to label non-target cells (non-CD11b+ Ly-6G+ cells) with biotin-labeled monoclonal antibodies, and then remove the non-target cells using streptavidin-labeled magnetic beads to achieve the purpose of mouse neutrophil sorting.
Applications	For the isolation of neutrophils from mouse bone marrow, peripheral blood, or spleen.
Features	Simple and fast operation; no separation columns required—when used with a magnetic separator, the procedure can be completed in as little as 30 minutes; high viability and high purity—target cells are free of antibody and magnetic bead labeling, with a purity of up to 95%.
