Description	ML348@LNP-MAN is a complex system constructed by combining the selective and reversible lysophospholipase 1 (LYPLA1) inhibitor ML348 with lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology and equipped with mannose (MAN) targeting ligand. ML348 itself can inhibit LYPLA1 with an IC50 value of 210nM, and can also act on acyl protein thioesterase 1 (APT1), showing potential in related research such as Huntington's disease.
