Description Mikosome Exosome-Mimicking LNP is a type of engineered liposome that simulates the structure and function of natural exosomes through bionic design. It uses a patented formula and preparation process to integrate or embed cell membrane proteins, phospholipid components and functional peptides from specific sources on the surface of the liposome, making it highly close to natural exosomes in terms of physical and chemical properties and biological behavior. As a key carrier of intercellular communication, exosomes have biocompatibility, low immunogenicity, long circulation ability and targeted delivery potential. However, their natural yield is low, separation and purification is difficult, and drug loading efficiency is limited. Mikosome overcomes the production bottleneck of natural exosomes by combining synthetic biology with nanotechnology.
