| Product Name | Metal Vortex Microfluidic Chip for the Preparation of Nanoparticles |
| Catalog Number | MC-SPC-052 |
| Physical Specs | 69*87*14 mm |
| Description | Vortex mixing is a high-performance mixing structure based on microfluidic technology. It is commonly used for product preparation at pilot or production scales. This chip is manufactured using precision metal microfabrication processes. It features an optimized, scaled-down version of traditional structures, making it suitable for pilot-scale production. It achieves efficient and rapid fluid mixing at the micrometer scale and can be used to prepare various nanoparticles (such as LNPs, liposomes, and PLGA nanoparticles). The chip is constructed from corrosion-resistant, highly thermally conductive materials (such as 316L stainless steel and Hastelloy). Its internal channels are micrometer-scale, and a unique interlaced vortex chamber structure is formed through precision machining. When different fluids enter the chip, controllable micro-vortices are generated at specific flow rates, enabling thorough mixing of the fluids within an extremely short time and distance. |
| Applications | Lipid nanoparticles, liposomes; cosmetic application development; PLGA nanoparticles; formulation development and scale-up for the above applications |
| Features | The vortex design enhances mixing efficiency, enabling the synthesis of high-flow-rate liposome nanoparticles and the efficient encapsulation of samples. Particularly suitable for special formulations that cannot be encapsulated using traditional structures; flow rate testing for pilot-scale upscaling can be performed using small-scale equipment. Chips of the same structure and size can be directly applied to pilot-scale production. Meets the needs of all stages from laboratory research to industrial production; superior materials. Corrosion-resistant, high-pressure-resistant, high-temperature-resistant, high thermal conductivity, wear-resistant, and washable; long service life. |
