| Description | The nucleic acid extraction magnetic beads have a good adsorption effect on nucleic acids under certain conditions (such as in an aqueous salt solution). This product shows excellent purification effects for genomic DNA extraction from viscous blood samples with significant matrix interference. Its unique properties enable the extraction of high-quality genomic DNA. With the help of an optimized buffer system (binding buffer, washing buffer, and elution buffer), ideal yields of genomic DNA can be extracted from 200 μL of fresh or frozen blood, with an OD260/280 of 1.7-1.9 and an OD260/230 greater than 2.0. It has a low binding capacity for short-chain DNA and is not suitable for the separation of ctDNA, cfDNA, or miRNA. |
