Voriconazole is a broad-spectrum triazole anti-Fungi drug that can effectively inhibit the biosynthesis of ergosterol on Fungi cell membranes. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit the demethylation of 14-α-lanosterol mediated by Fungi cytochrome P450 enzymes, interfere with the activity of Fungi cell wall synthesis enzymes and cell membrane enzymes, destroy the cell membrane and prevent Fungi growth, thereby targeting a variety of deep Fungi infections.
