Description	LNP@DDP is a drug delivery system that encapsulates the drug cisplatin in lipid nanoparticles. Cisplatin is a platinum-containing drug used in cancer treatment. It binds to tumor cell DNA and interferes with DNA replication and transcription, thereby inhibiting tumor cell proliferation. However, cisplatin has shortcomings such as poor water solubility, high systemic toxicity, and easy development of drug resistance, which limits its application. Lipid nanoparticles as carriers effectively overcome these problems.
