| Description | LNP@CY7/Gln is an innovative nano-preparation in which the near-infrared fluorescent dye CY7 and glutamine (Gln) are simultaneously encapsulated in lipid nanoparticles (LNP). The excitation wavelength of CY7 is about 750nm and the emission wavelength is about 770nm. With its near-infrared characteristics, it can penetrate deep biological tissues and reduce background fluorescence interference. It is especially suitable for in vivo imaging and in vivo experiments. Its high fluorescence quantum yield can generate strong fluorescence signals and has good photostability. It can maintain fluorescence performance under long-term illumination, ensuring the accuracy of experimental results. Glutamine, as an abundant free amino acid in the human body, plays a key role in cell metabolism, immune regulation, tissue repair and other processes. Lipid nanoparticles are composed of nanoparticles composed of a variety of lipids with good biocompatibility. They can not only protect CY7 and Gln from being degraded in complex biological environments and improve their stability, but also enhance the uptake of both by cells, allowing them to be transported to target cells or tissues more efficiently. |
