Description	Listeria monocytogenes is the sole species within the genus Listeria that is pathogenic to humans, with clinical manifestations predominantly including meningitis and sepsis. Intestinal infection typically occurs following consumption of contaminated food products such as processed cooked meats. The magnetic beads of this product are covalently conjugated with mouse anti‑Listeria monoclonal antibodies, supporting efficient, rapid, and selective isolation and concentration of Listeria monocytogenes. Pre‑enriched samples are incubated with antibody‑immobilized magnetic beads; after magnetic separation, the enriched bacterial preparations can be analyzed using downstream detection techniques including immunochromatography, ELISA, PCR, biosensing systems, and genomic sequencing.
