Description	LNP@Fe3O4-TPP-FITC is a constructed multifunctional nanocomposite that co-encapsulates ferric oxide nanoparticles, triphenylphosphine and fluorescein isothiocyanate inside lipid nanoparticles (LNP). Lipid nanoparticles are mainly composed of ionizable cationic phospholipids, cholesterol, auxiliary phospholipids and polyethylene glycol modified phospholipids. Under physiological pH conditions, ionizable cationic phospholipids are neutral, protonated and positively charged in acidic environments such as endosomes, and can be tightly combined with negatively charged or polar Fe3O4, TPP, and FITC through electrostatic interactions, hydrophobic interactions, etc.
