Description Large-diameter impregnated graphite electrode (IP) in diameter 400-600 mm, designed for heavy-load electric arc furnace (EAF) operations. Manufactured from premium needle coke, petroleum coke, and coal tar pitch through a comprehensive process: raw material screening, kneading, extrusion, baking, pitch impregnation, re-baking, graphitization, and precision machining. The impregnation process compensates for the lower inherent density of large-format electrodes, ensuring adequate mechanical strength and electrical conductivity for demanding metallurgical applications including steelmaking, industrial silicon, and brown corundum smelting. Quality-assured under ISO 9001 standards.
