| Description | ICG@PLGA@LNP is an exquisitely structured nanocomposite system composed of multiple functional components. Among them, ICG (Indocyanine Green) is the core functional substance, a near-infrared fluorescent dye used for in vivo applications, and has optical properties. Under the excitation of near-infrared light (780-830nm), ICG can emit strong fluorescence, which can realize the visualization of deep tissues and be used for biological tissue imaging. At the same time, ICG has photothermal conversion capabilities and can efficiently convert light energy into heat energy under laser irradiation of a specific wavelength. PLGA is a commonly used biodegradable polymer. It has good biocompatibility and controllable degradation rate, and can effectively encapsulate ICG, improve the stability of ICG, and control the release rate of ICG. LNP (lipid nanoparticles) are built based on lipid materials such as phospholipids and serve as the outermost carrier.
