Description ICG@LNP-cRGD is an advanced nanocomposite composed of multiple key components. Among them, ICG (Indocyanine Green) serves as the core, a near-infrared fluorescent dye for in vivo applications. Under the excitation of near-infrared light (780-830nm), ICG can emit strong fluorescence. This characteristic gives it a unique advantage in biological tissue imaging and can realize the visualization of deep tissues. At the same time, ICG also has photothermal conversion capabilities. Under specific wavelength laser irradiation, it can efficiently convert light energy into thermal energy for use in tumor's photothermal treatment. LNP (lipid nanoparticles) acts as a carrier.
