Description	HSPC-DSPE-mPEG2000 (95-5, mol-mol)lipid nanoparticles are cholesterol-free, pure PEGylated lipid nanoparticle systems using a simplified binary formulation of HSPC-DSPE-mPEG2000 (95: 5). This system uses high phase transition temperature HSPC (tm≈52-55°C)as the only matrix phospholipid to form a highly ordered gel-state rigid membrane, and directly achieves surface PEGylation modification through covalent anchoring of 5 mol% DSPE-mPEG2000. The core of its design is to explore the PEGylation effect and drug loading characteristics of pure gel phospholipid membranes under cholesterol-free conditions.
