Description	HSPC-Chol (55-45, mol-mol) Liposomes are highly stable non-PEGylated liposomes formulated using HSPC-Chol (55:45). This system uses hydrogenated soybean phosphatidylcholine (HSPC, Tm≈52-55°C) as the membrane matrix. Its saturated fatty acid chains form a highly ordered gel state at physiological temperature, and the membrane structure is tight and rigid. The high proportion of cholesterol of 45 mol% further fills the gaps between phospholipid molecules, enhances the density, mechanical strength and anti-permeability of the double layer, and achieves long-term retention of encapsulated drugs.
