| Description | HSPC-Chol-DSPE-mPEG2000 Liposomes is a long-circulation, PEGylated liposome nanocarrier system prepared from three lipid components: hydrogenated soybean phosphatidylcholine (HSPC), cholesterol (Chol) and distearoylphosphatidylethanolamine-polyethylene glycol 2000 (DSPE-mPEG2000) through film hydration, extrusion and other processes. As the main phospholipid component, HSPC provides a stable bilayer structure and has a high phase transition temperature due to its saturated fatty acid chain, which enhances the stability of liposomes during storage and circulation. Cholesterol is used to regulate membrane fluidity, improve stability and reduce drug leakage. The PEG chain in DSPE-mPEG2000 forms a hydrophilic protective layer on the surface of liposomes, giving them "invisible" properties, which can reduce recognition and clearance by the reticuloendothelial system and extend the circulation time in the body. |
