Description	HSPC-CHOL-mPEG2000-DSPE Liposomes with (NH₄)₂SO₄ Gradient is a standardized liposome platform that combines long-circulation (stealth) properties with active drug delivery capabilities. It uses a similar formula to already marketed long-circulation nanomedicines (such as Doxil®/Caelyx®) HSPC:CHOL:DSPE-mPEG2000 (56.2:38.5:5.3 mol:mol). The particle size is accurately controlled to a gold size of ~100 nm through extrusion technology, and a high-concentration ammonium sulfate solution is established in the internal aqueous phase to form a stable transmembrane chemical gradient.
