| Description | HSPC-CHOL LNP with (NH₄)₂SO₄ Gradient is a blank liposome platform specially designed for active drug loading (Remote Loading). It is constructed with a stable membrane formula HSPC:CHOL (55:45 mol:mol), and the particle size is accurately controlled at ~100 nm through extrusion technology. Its core feature is that a high-concentration ammonium sulfate solution environment (usually 250 mM or higher) is established in the inner aqueous phase of the liposome, while the outer aqueous phase is an isotonic ammonium-free buffer, thereby forming an ammonium sulfate chemical gradient (a type of pH gradient) across the lipid bilayer. |
